Cancellations
Cancellations must be made before the renewal date. Once an envelope has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Refund Policy
Due to the limited-run and physical nature of Epic Envelopes, all sales are final once shipped. Refunds are not offered for delays, address errors, or personal preference. If an envelope arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at support@epic-envelopes.com so we can assist when possible.
